B-87241568 and whose registered office is located at Calle Nardos 11, Brunete, 28690, Madrid (hereinafter, “LeanXcale” or the “Company”). This Privacy Policy defines how the Company will treat the Personal Data that you, as a user (the “User” or “You”) of the website www.leanxcale.com (the “Website”), are providing in a free and informed manner to LeanXcale, either to request commercial information or to contact LeanXcale, to register as an affiliate, to request the sending of newsletters about LeanXcale's products and services and, finally, to request an audit to know the status of your website. All this through the mechanisms provided by LeanXcale on its Web Site (all of them jointly referred to as the “Forms”).
2. PURPOSES AND LEGITIMATION TO CARRY OUT THE PROCESSING: The User's Personal Data collected through the Forms available on the Website are collected by LeanXcale for the following purposes:
i. Request commercial information or contacting the Company.
ii. Register as an affiliate.
iii. Request the sending of newsletters.
iv. Request the performance of an audit of the User's website.
The User may revoke his/her consent, in each commercial communication sent to him/her, or by exercising the right to object to the processing of Personal Data as set forth in section 5. LeanXcale will only collect the Personal Data that are necessary to exclusively achieve the purpose that you freely, informed and unequivocally consent to through the acceptance of this Privacy Policy that you expressly accept in the Forms. In this sense, and in accordance with the GDPR, your express consent is the action that legitimizes LeanXcale the processing of your Personal Data.
3. TRUTH OF DATA: The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided are truthful and is responsible for communicating to LeanXcale any changes to them. The User will be responsible for the veracity of the Personal Data provided, exempting the Company from any responsibility for not being able to achieve the consented purpose.
4. CONSERVATION OF DATA: Personal Data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be kept blocked for the legally established periods. In the case of the Personal Data provided to us through the sending of your curriculum, they will be kept for one year, from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you tell us otherwise.

USER'S RIGHTS REGARDING THEIR DATA: The User has the right to (i) access his/her Personal Data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data or, if applicable, (iii) request its deletion, (iv) request the limitation of the processing of his/her Personal Data, (v) oppose the processing of his/her Personal Data and (vi) request its portability. 6. DATA SECURITY: The protection of privacy and your Personal Data is very important to LeanXcale. Therefore, the Company maintains security levels of protection of Personal Data in accordance with applicable regulations and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data provided by the User through the Website. Likewise, LeanXcale and its professionals undertake to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with respect to Personal Data in accordance with the GDPR.
7. ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of Personal Data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by LeanXcale, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and for the purposes indicated by the User.
